Did you know that roadside wildflowers and trees are your soul buddies?

I have been in contact with the nature of Sado for 40 years.

Over the course of 10 years, I have been practicing and researching methods of mental maintenance using familiar wild plants.

Sado's wild plants are medicine for your soul

The ancient Japanese wisdom that is in danger of being forgotten will bring joy to your heart and create a body full of vitality. We hope that by experiencing the beautiful nature and wild plants of Sado, we can help bring a smile to your face.

Nature gives us a wealth of blessings. Clear air, pure water, and plants full of life. Being in nature soothes both the body and mind, and calms the mind. By utilizing the gifts we get from nature, we can live healthy lives. For example, by consuming wild plants and medicinal herbs, we can take in nutrients and ingredients derived from nature. It is also said that exercising in nature can help relieve stress.

It is important for us to cherish our connection with nature and live with gratitude for its blessings. Nature is the greatest place of healing for us, and we are blessed to be able to live a life filled with its blessings.
